Redevco, the new owners of Templars Square, are exploring ideas for the future of the shopping centre after purchasing the site earlier this year. As the new owners of Templars Square, we are committed to the long-term success of our site for the south and east Oxford areas, Cowley and its community.

We completed round one of our consultation exercise in 2022 and are currently examining all the options for the shopping centre. Due to the size and complexity of the centre, this is understandably taking some time. We are continuing to liaise with the city council and other relevant stakeholders as these options are examined and we hope to launch the second round of consultation in 2024.
