Templars Square is Cowley’s main shopping centre and has a number of local and national retailers. Our site is made up 76 businesses and organisations, including 10 cafes and restaurants as well as two dentists, a college and a gym. There are also 113 homes on the site which are mostly managed by Oxford City Council. 

Footfall has decreased significantly over the past few years, reflecting national trends, and some areas of the site have been closed for some years.
